Any good lightroom tutorials out there?

Can anybody recommend some good lightroom tutorials (aside from the video ones found on the Adobe site)?

I've just worked my way through 2500 images from a weekend's worth shooting, sending about 130 off to a magazine, and I was completely fumbling my way through a lot of the settings and tweaks, going 'yeah, don't really know what that does, so I'll just move the slider over there'

So, any good tutorials out there?

This site has a few on it, but you'll get through them soon enough.

I subscribe to "Lightroom for Digital Photographers" this is a podcast hosted by Michael Rather from The Digital Photography Connection.

The guy's voice is a bit annoying but there is some great content. I download them onto my iPod Touch and watch them on long flights, great way to pass the time.
