    Judging:
    Judging of this competition will be by three distinguished Pro Togs; David Anderson, Walter Glover and Jason Cole


    Theme:
    "Glamour"

    Winner Announced: 9:00am Friday 7th July 2008

    1ST PRIZE: Copy of Jason Coles "Shooting Glamour" Instructional DVD and a HP 160gb External micro drive and cary case
    2ND PRIZE: Copy of Jason Coles "Shooting Glamour" Instructional DVD


    Eligible Entries:

    1. Entrant must be a current Active Member of DigitalSLR.com.au Forum

    2. Entrant must have submitted at least 1 photo on DigitalSLR Forums in the preceding 6 weeks.

    3. All entries submitted must be the entrants own work and taken within the competition period.

    4. This competition is about photography not image manipulation. Any post processing outside the normal curves, levels, sharpening, cropping etc will make the image ineligible. Entry is in the spirit of photography.

    5. Two copies of the image are to be submitted, one with EXIF intact and one without.

    6. The judges decision on what image is eligible what image is not, is final .

    7. A maximum of two entries per member allowed.

    8. A minimum of 6 members must enter for this comp to go ahead.

    Any competition enquiries can be directed to any of the site moderators.

    Definitions:
    GLAMOUR A broad term of modeling where the model’s appearance, rather than the attire or product is the central focus of the photo. There is a misconception that glamour modeling involves nudity. A glamour shot could be nude, but it could also be taken in formal evening attire. It is the presentation of the model, not the wardrobe that makes a shot glamour

    To submit an entry please e-mail two copies of your entry to administrator@digitalslr.com.au. One with Exif included , one without. Maximum size 800pixels on the longest side and 200kb in size.

    Not unless your in an evening gown john...Not that there is anything wrong with that either may I add.

    Err .. what about all the PP with regard to removing blemishes and smoothing the skin and hair etc etc .. that usually goes with "glamor" shots?

    I classify this as a normal process of a glamor shot but to what extent you would need to refer to the judges.
