What a trooper, mending is more important of coarse if you have any doubts.

Someone throw out a time and place and I'm there.

I've got a mate, maybe two interested in coming. I believe he has not done photography creatively since Uni days with a Mamiya 6x7, so I'll give him my 350D to play with.

    Eden,

From what I know of you, you may not be able to hold a tea cup or a knife and fork but you'll be determined to make sure you can hold a camera.

Best wishes for a successful surgery old chum.

All the best with the reconnection, hope it works wonders for you and that you have a super speedy recovery, Eden.

As I mentioned earlier, I can't make it, I'm off down the South coast for a bit.
Feedback and honest, constructive criticism is greatly appreciated.

By hook or by crook Ill be there and am busy playing with my camera hold/grip and ways to change settings with one arm and other body parts without getting arrested.

Thanks for the recovery wishes Doug, Alex, Evan and Walter.

Walter , you know my mindset too well !

I am sure my purchase of the "canon E2 hand strap" 2 months age was foreshadowing somehow even though this may be my saviour in the short term.

Seeing as we have the "Adelaide" behind the "Marine and Harbours Building" now may I suggest the exact same meet point as the first meet, in the buildings car park on St Vincent street opposite side on the Police station but 50m further towards wingfield.

    7 or 8 am ?

I will try to be there just before sunrise at "the Adelaide"

then where and when we meet :)

Swollen and sore but busting to be there Sunday morning.

Ive picked up a 50mm 1.8 to keep the kit light and sharp as I might have to rely on autofocus for a while.

I'll be there around 7:30 as per Evan's suggestion.
I've arranged to pick up a mate so we get there at that time.

Anyone who might come spur of the moment that is not familiar with the original meeting place, the address is actually 293 Vincent Street.

I remember someone saying they used the new South rd Superway near Wingfield to get to the last meet.

Can I use it yet to come from the South and get on to the Port River Expressway in the direction of the Port?

It would be a good opportunity for me to use it, since I don't get down that way now I'm working closer to home.
