    Princess Lavender

    by JazzXP » Thu Dec 22, 2011 7:26 am

So I've been pretty busy the last week. Starting with the Malaysian beauty Princess Lavender. We shot some nudes at this location too, but as her parents don't know that she does these, they're not going to be published publicly.

Did you aim for a high key look? The shadows are bit too intense for that, it just looks a bit overexposed.

I was actually aiming for balanced with ambient. Funny, I haven't noticed it as overexposed. I might try dropping it down a bit in lightroom and see how it looks.

Possibly. Her top is quite bright though and could be toned down a little. I'll be curious to see what you think when you're on a decent monitor, if you still think it's overexposed or not.

For me in the first her arms and parts of her face seem a bit too hot and aven a little in the second (e.g. on her hand and cheek)

The last looks better tho - although I think the way that her top is draping is perhaps a little unflattering - her eyes are disconcertingly piercing however

Yeah, she's got insanely bright eyes, I haven't enhanced those at all (like I typically do).

Her parents don't know - unless they read this of course.

Well, her real name isn't Princess Lavender (funnily enough)... and I haven't posted anything that's not on her Model Mayhem profile :)
