Just had a look at the T&C and found the following.

This offer is open to residents of Australia. All national and local laws and regulations apply. The Prize Draw is governed by the laws applicable in Australia and New Zealand and subject to the sole jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

Entries become the property of CBS Interactive and will not be returned.

If the competition is only open to Australian residents why do the laws of New Zeland apply and can an Australian court rule on New Zealand laws?
Interesting there is no mention of copyright except for the the entry becoming the property of CBS...... :doubt:

I thought it might appeal to someone that was looking for a new camera like this, these compact "retro" cameras are becoming quite popular.

    But Loz,

Could you possibly be desirous of impregnating the Bingle dame with the Loz seed without her paying you?

Don't count on me going slops though. :grrpsycho:
