NEW FORUM GAME - Photo Association - SMALL IMAGES PLEASE

    by leek » Sat Mar 03, 2007 5:35 pm

OK... Let's try to liven this place up and see some more varied photos...

This is something I've seen work quite well elsewhere, but it needs very active participation... Let's see how creative / active our members really can be!!! :)

    The Game:
We probably all know what Word Association is, but this is Photo Association (further hints later)...

    The Rules:
    - You need to post a photo that is some way associated to the last one posted...
    - It can be similar, it can be very different, but should have some obvious or possibly cryptic link with the last one posted...
    - The image must have been taken by you, doesn't matter when or where (or if you've posted it before)
    - The image should be of similar size to the one originally posted by me (i.e. NOT too large)
    - Delve into your past collection of photos... The image doesn't have to be a masterpiece and this thread is not meant for critique of images (here's a chance to use those images that weren't quite keepers or weren't worth showing off in the critique forums)...
    - A member may not post more than one image in succession... Otherwise feel free to post as many times as you want...
    - Feel free to (briefly) explain the link, if it needs explanation, but keep other comments to a minimum...
    - You may be asked, by me or others, for explanation of the link, if we're too thick to understand your reasoning, but this thread is not meant as a place to debate the merits of the images posted or their relevance to the theme...

Enough rules... Here's the first image:

    Image

    Hints:
For this image, a possible next image could be of:
    - a balding man (not me!!!)
    - someone playing a musical instrument
    - a German
    - someone wearing braces
    - someone blowing
    - something I haven't thought of...

OK... Let's see how this goes... Next please...

P.S. If deemed worthy, could one of the mods please make this a Sticky in any relevant forum apart from Image Critique ones...

I think that still relates to the previous photo Suzanne (as explained by Bodak), so don't bother deleting it... Maybe just make it a little smaller if you can...

Let's just continue on the theme of your photo...
